1957 Express exists to close a gap. The goods that fill homes and pockets across Ghana are largely made in China — but getting them here has always meant paying through several sets of hands, each adding a margin, or trusting a link from a stranger and hoping a parcel arrives.

We connect Chinese wholesale suppliers directly to Ghanaian customers. Fewer hands, clearer prices, and a real business you can hold accountable.

Why 1957

1957 is the year Ghana became the first sub-Saharan African nation to gain independence. It marks a decision to trade with the world on our own terms rather than through intermediaries. That idea sits at the centre of what we are building.

How we work

We do not hold warehouses of stock. When you order, we source directly from our supplier network and ship to you. That keeps prices lower than traditional retail — and it means delivery takes longer than a shop down the road. We would rather tell you that plainly than surprise you after you have paid.

Every product page states the delivery window. Every order can be tracked. If something arrives damaged or not as described, our Return & Refund Policy explains exactly what we will do about it.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver across Ghana. We are starting in one market and doing it properly before expanding across West Africa.
