Report suspicious activity
If you have seen something that looks like fraud involving our name, please tell us. Reports help us shut down impersonators and protect other customers.
What to report
- Social media accounts, websites or WhatsApp numbers claiming to be 1957 Express
- Anyone asking you to pay for a 1957 Express order outside our website checkout
- Messages asking for your PIN, password or one-time code
- Emails that appear to come from us but look wrong
- Products on our site you believe are counterfeit or unsafe
What to include
The more detail you can give, the faster we can act:
- Screenshots of the message, profile or page
- The phone number, account name or web address involved
- Your order number, if it relates to an order
- What you were asked to do
How to send it
Email info@1957express.com with the subject line Suspicious Activity, attaching your screenshots. You can also reach us through the Contact page. We review every report and will confirm receipt.
If you have already paid
Contact your mobile money provider or bank immediately — speed matters most in the first hours. Then report it to the Ghana Police Service Cyber Crime Unit, and tell us so we can act on our side.
We will never blame you for being targeted. Fraud is the fault of the fraudster.
