Where we deliver
We currently deliver within Ghana only. Orders cannot be placed for delivery outside Ghana at this time.
Delivery cost
GHS 120 flat rate anywhere in Ghana, regardless of order size.
How long it takes
Our products are sourced directly from suppliers in China, which is how we keep prices low. It also means delivery takes longer than buying locally. Here is the honest breakdown:
- Order processing: 1â3 business days while your order is confirmed and prepared for dispatch

- Customs clearance: variable, occasionally adds several days

We would rather set an honest expectation than promise a date we cannot meet. If your order is running late, message us and we will find out exactly where it is.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. See Track Your Order for how to use it.
Delays
Cross-border shipping occasionally goes wrong â customs holds, carrier backlogs, weather. If your order passes the estimated window, contact us and we will chase it. If it cannot be located, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Once an order has shipped internationally we usually cannot redirect it. Contact us immediately if you spot a mistake â if it has not yet dispatched, we can normally fix it.
